Payment information: Payment is processed through Stripe. We do not collect or store your full credit card number, CVV, or banking information on our servers. Information collected automatically: When you visit our Site, we and our third-party partners may automatically collect:

  • To deliver targeted advertising through Meta Ads and retargeting campaigns

  • To enforce our Terms of Service and Client Services Agreement

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Service providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business, including GoHighLevel (CRM, email marketing, and funnel management), Stripe (payment processing), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Meta (advertising). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

Business transfers: If we sell, merge, or transfer any part of our business, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer that results in a material change to this Privacy Policy.

Legal compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

The Meta Pixel collects data about your activity on our Site and shares it with Meta Platforms, Inc. You can manage your Meta ad preferences at facebook.com/ads/preferences.

GoHighLevel Tracking: We use GoHighLevel to track user interactions with our funnels, forms, and email sequences. This data is used to manage applications, automate follow-up communications, and improve our sales and onboarding processes.

Cookies: We use session cookies, which expire when you close your browser, and persistent cookies, which remain on your device until deleted. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may affect the functionality of certain parts of our Site.

Our Site may not respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

6. EMAIL MARKETING AND COMMUNICATIONS

If you apply for services or opt in to receive communications from us, we may send you emails including follow-up sequences, promotional content, and service-related information through GoHighLevel. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe option. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or contacting us at kayley@uplvlagency.com. Please note that opting out of marketing emails does not affect service-related communications related to an active Client Services Agreement.

7. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, to maintain our business records, and to comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations. When your information is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it in a secure manner. Information related to signed Client Services Agreements may be retained for a minimum of seven (7) years for legal and accounting purposes.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include the use of HTTPS encryption on our Site, secure password management practices, and limiting access to personal data to employees and contractors who need it to perform their responsibilities.
